Almost every culture has valued its youth for their strength, energy, and passion. There is a constant hope that those who come behind us have a potential to accomplish more than we have. A question comes though, can we push them to hard? Have we taught them to value whats real, authentic, and true. Do we even know what those values are?

This video portrays scene that is all to familiar for someone recently out of college for only a couple of years. I am currently working in a job far below my skills and abilities and far out of my interests and yet the opportunities which have been crossing my path did not exist only several years ago. Who do you influence, and are you influencing them to handle and succeed in this challenging brave new world and global culture? Only time will tell, but the period of permissible unintentionality is gone.
