Having shared some of the struggles that I have been going through with finding life direction, I wanted to share a song that has meant alot to me. Having thought I understood where God was and is taking my wife and I and then to have that pulled out from underneath me has been challenging in ways that I am only still discovering.

That said I am learning that it does not remove my responsibilities to work to provide for a family, it does remove my responsibilities to to be the spiritual leader of our home, and it does not remove my responsibility to be the husband that my wife so desperately deserves. This also does not remove my passions, for the body of Christ around the world, for travel to see new and exciting things outside of our national borders, for computers and technology in understanding how they can be best used for our benefit, and finally a passion to see my wife and family provided for.

With wars, rumors of wars, conflicts, famines, piracy, financial upheavals, debt, taxation, and rising health care costs it can be a scary time to live. But remember God cares about the heart of your relationship with Him, am you trusting him to provide for your needs? Am I taking advantage of every opportunity that comes along, with discernment to be a ready and waiting servant of the most High God, even when He asks those strange questions? Like do you trust me with that or that or this important thing in your life?
